Sandqvist focuses on challenging the role of functionality in design and practising sustainability and respect for the environment without compromising aesthetics.

Sandqvist was founded in 2004 by three childhood friends, Anton, Daniel, and Sebastian. As lovers of the great outdoors living in Stockholm, they felt the need for bags that could be used in the city and the forest. Therefore, Sandqvist has combined extremely useful features and stylish, minimalist design with a clear focus on sustainable, environmentally friendly materials.
