UK Returns

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase you can return your goods for whatever reason, no questions asked. You have 15 days, from the date of receipt, to return your items to us. Simply package up your parcel and send the below address:

Returning For A Refund? No, sorry we are a tiny family run business we just cant offer this.
Unfortunately we do not offer a free returns service, you would need to cover the cost of returning any items. Please be advised that you will not receive a refund for your original shipping costs as this pays for couriers to collect your parcel and deliver this to you. We aim to refund you within 7 days of having received the returned item.

Items must be returned in 'perfect sellable condition’. We do not expect the garments to be necessarily plastic wrapped and perfectly folded, but we are certainly unable to accept items for return if;

  • Tags have been removed.
  • They are marked, soiled, stretched, bleached, or damaged in any way.
  • They are scented with aftershave, perfume, deodorant, or smoke.
  • They have been washed. Shoes have been worn outside.
  • The inner sole is covered in sock fluff or hair.
  • The shoe box has been used directly as the postal box - is visibly marked and/ or damaged.
  • For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns for underwear and socks unless faulty.

We reserve the right to refuse a return if we deem it to be in an unsuitable condition, and the items may be returned to you at your own cost.

How To Return Items to us:

  • Book your return online on our return portal PLEASE CLICK HERE
  • Pack your return securely, please ensure no labels are attached directly to the returning item or its packaging e.g. shoeboxes.
  • Please folow the process emailed to you via our portal.

Once we have received your return parcel back in our warehouse, please allow us up to 1 - 2 working days to open and process your return. This is usually done the very same day.

Please then allow an additional 2 - 3 working days for the refund to be processed. Once this has been processed, you will receive email communication all the way through.

With our new Exchange process, you can purchase any other item from our website that you wish to. All you need to do is log your exchange on our return portal. Here it will give you the option to receive a gift card. Simply use the gift card pop in your card details and the new exchange order will be processed as a new order!

We cannot reimburse return shipping costs if items have been returned without contacting us first. You can of course use your own method to return items to us and you are in no way obligated to use our subsidized Royal Mail service.

Yes, if you choose to exchange for an item at a cheaper price this will be refunded back to you.

If your return has not yet been processed then we can cancel your return request and you can resubmit this. Please contact our Customer Service Team to action this for you. If your return has been processed, then we are unable to amend this for you.

If you have not been able to return your item within 30 days, you will not be able to log this on our return portal. We have a strict 30 day return policy, however, please contact our Customer Service Team and they will be able to look into this further for you.

Please be advised that we will be unable to accept any returns back that have exceeded 35 days of receiving your order. If you send a late return back to us without contacting us first, we will be unable to accept this and this may be returned back to you at your own cost.

International Returns

Unfortunately, we do not provide return labels for international customers. All international customers are responsible for the costs of sending items back to the Half Dozen Ltd.

To stop customs charges occurring when your parcel arrives in the UK, please write on your parcel:

THIS IS AN INTERNATIONAL RETURN AND NO CUSTOMS DUTIES SHOULD BE CHARGEDIt might be advisable to send the item in the original packaging so the customs are aware that this is an international return, just cross the original label out or put the original packaging inside.

If your tracking states this has been delivered back to us, then the likelihood is we have received your return parcel. Once we have received your return parcel back in our warehouse, please allow us up to 2 - 3 working days to open and process your return. Please then allow an additional 2 - 3 working days for the refund to be processed. Once this has been processed, you will receive an email confirmation.

We suggest you make a note of the shipping reference given when you sent the item back. This will allow you to track your parcel at every stage of delivery, including when we receive it. If we have not received your return parcel back in our warehouse, then we will require proof of postage to be able to investigate this with the courier.
