For Gramicci, we use the asian sizing when listing Gramicci products on our website.

We have recently updated our Gramicci products to show the Asian sizing alongside the UK and US in the descriptions.

All the brands that we sell are all different in terms of faulty/warranty cover. If you do have a faulty item, please contact our Customer Service Team and we will be able to assist you further.

Unfortunately, we are not able to reserve all items for customers.

However, if there is a particular item you are after and we only have limited stock left then we can reserve this for you for a maximum of 72 hours.

We try and restock products where we can, but a lot of our products are limited and once they are sold they've gone. We try to keep our products fresh and are constantly adding new stock weekly.

However, if there is a particular item that you are looking to be restocked, please contact our Customer Service Team and they will be happy to assist you further. Alternatively, we have the option to receive a notification when an item comes back in stock on product pages.

All of our products are 100% Authentic. We buy everything directly from either the Brands or their distributors.
