Founded around eight years ago by Mr Christopher Nying and Mr Jockum Hallin in Stockholm,
Our Legacy started as a line of T-shirts. The designers didn't introduce their first whole collection till 2008. Preppy and utilitarian the brands ethos revolves around the idea of wardrobe staples. Pieces that never run out of style or are over-designed. This is a theme we see with most Scandinavian brands. The designers look at a garment as a blank canvas, something it's wearer injects his own personality into.
The influences behind Our Legacy range from art, film and literature whilst maintaining that minimalist aesthetic that Scandinavian design has been renowned for.
